Monty was born 20/06/01 out of FTCh Merlinsbrook Evita to Int FTCh Millshadow Aster (Line bred to FTCh Badgercourt Warlord).

Monty was the I.K.C. Spaniel Championship winner in 2006. He has won 7 Open Stakes and was top dog at the 2005 and 2006 British Spaniel Championships.

He has sired 6 champions and several winners. He is the sire of the 2008 Irish Championship winner FTCh Gardenrath Larch. And 2009 Irish Championship winner Clonduff Delilah.

He is an extremely clever dog with superb game finding ability. Very easily trained with great drive in cover accompanied with pace and style in the open makes him a top competition  dog. He is very level headed and calm under pressure.
